February 2012 (Rock Hill, SC) – Peoples First, an outsource risk management company and independent insurance agency, recently announced its participation in an exclusive risk management program, the Certified Risk Architect (CRA) designation. By November, Alexander Galloway, Chris Long, and Keith Richardson will become CRA Business Risk Managers, allowing them to better serve current and prospective clients.
The CRA program is comprised of a rigorous risk management training curriculum, designed to teach attendees how to conduct risk management audits, identify specific exposures, design and build comprehensive risk reduction plans, and continuously monitor and update the plan based on the client’s needs or changes to the operation.
“As Risk Architects, we look to be a strategic partner for the client. We accomplish this by studying its business to gain a comprehensive understanding of its operations, from safety to human resources to the supply chain,” said Long. “Then, we work with the client to design and build a tailor-made risk management program that protects their bottom line.”
Once the course is completed, Peoples First will have the only Certified Risk Architects in the state of South Carolina and will be one of only a handful of firms nationwide able to claim this designation.
“What’s great about being a Risk Architect is that we are able to improve our clients’ risk profiles, which in turn makes them more attractive in the insurance marketplace,” said Richardson.
Galloway added, “Being able to offer this level of service and expertise is unparalleled in our industry. And there is no added cost to go through this process, which is a huge benefit to the client.”
