Brenda joined Peoples First Insurance in January 2022. Her interest in insurance began while working summer jobs for the mortgage loan department of a bank and then for an insurance agency. At that time Brenda was also a schoolteacher. In 1997 Brenda decided to pursue an insurance career. Through the years she has enjoyed working as an account manager for large commercial, middle-market, small business, and personal lines clients for different insurance agencies in VA, NC, and now SC. Providing excellent customer service is very important to Brenda. The individualized approach to risk management that Peoples First utilizes is what impressed her to join the agency.

Brenda currently lives in Matthews, NC with her husband, Ken. They have two boys, Ken Michael and Andrew. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching NASCAR, and playing golf.
