Connor Julius serves as Business Development Executive at Peoples First Insurance, where he focuses on prospecting for the entire agency and identifying opportunities to connect businesses with the specialized advisors who can best serve their unique needs. Since joining the team in May 2025, Connor has been opening doors and building high-level relationships that allow Peoples First to deliver its strategic, risk management-focused approach to insurance. Once new clients are onboarded, he remains actively involved as a relationship advocate, ensuring alignment at the executive level and continuously identifying additional opportunities to support client growth.

Connor graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. Before joining Peoples First, he worked at Fastenal, where he collaborated with construction companies and manufacturers to ensure they had the materials necessary to operate effectively and efficiently. This experience gave him valuable insight into the operational challenges and risks these industries face. This knowledge serves him well in identifying how insurance and risk management can be strategic tools for business growth.

A Madison, Wisconsin native, Connor relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2023. What drew him to the insurance industry was the opportunity to help individuals and businesses protect what they’ve built while supporting their continued growth and success. This mission aligns perfectly with Peoples First’s philosophy of viewing insurance not as a transaction, but as part of a comprehensive risk management strategy that enables clients to achieve their long-term goals.

When he’s not building relationships and identifying new opportunities for clients, Connor enjoys staying active through sports and working out, and values spending quality time with family and friends. His combination of analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, and genuine passion for helping others makes him an ideal advocate for businesses seeking a strategic partner in their risk management journey.
