Delcine has been working with the public in the service industry for more than 35 years. She began her work career with Belk Department stores and transitioned to the insurance industry from there. She has more than 25 years of experience in this industry and is licensed in property and casualty, life, and accident health. Delcine has been with Peoples First Insurance since March 19, 2007 and works in our Benefits Department with both Employee Benefits and Individual Benefits clients.

When not at work, Delcine enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to Richard “Dean” Hunt and they have three sons, Lamar, Chonce’ and M. Jerrell, as well as seven grandsons, and one granddaughter. Delcine is the youngest of six children and following in her mother’s footsteps, she looks for opportunities to pull the family together.

Delcine also enjoys reading, walking, cooking, and serving others. She is an ordained pastor and serves at The Anointed Vision Church, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC. In addition to serving at church one of her other passions is the time spent volunteering with The Dwayne F. Mattison Scholarship Committee which was established in honor of her uncle in 2014, after his sudden passing in 2013, to award annual scholarships to area student-athletes.
